Overview
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually + quarterly bonus opportunities (based on experience).
Location: Norwood, MA (On-Site).
Are you experienced in sourcing parts within the commercial refrigeration, food equipment, HVAC/R, or related trades? Our client is seeking a Parts Specialist to join a growing, family-led organization with more than 35 years of experience serving customers throughout New England. WhatYou ll Do
- Analyze schematics, diagrams, and equipment documentation to identify required replacement parts.
- Research, quote, order, and manage parts procurement with a high degree of accuracy.
- Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to source the correct components efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability.
- Prepare written proposals for customers and maintain follow-up communication.
- Assist with receiving orders and supporting additional departmental needs as required.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience sourcing parts within commercial refrigeration, food equipment, HVAC/R, kitchen equipment, or a related trade industry.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify accurate replacement components.
- Experience reading and interpreting schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
