General Manager - Launch Entertainment

Launch Entertainment - Norwood is hiring a
General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, build and coach a high-performing team, and deliver a guest experience that keeps families coming back. Your mission: create unforgettable visits—measured in
smile-watt-hours
—through strong leadership, sharp operations, and real community energy. If you're equal parts people-leader, operator, and positive-force (the professional kind), this is your park.

• Lead & develop the team:hire, train, coach, run performance check-ins, and keep staffing strong
• Own the guest experience:set the service standard, resolve issues quickly, and keep raising the bar
• Run tight operations:scheduling, labor control, documentation, POS oversight, inventory, vendor management, and review responses
• Drive results:set goals, track performance, monitor P&L, and execute strategies that grow profitability
• Keep it safe & compliant:safety logs, incident reporting, maintenance, certifications, and regulatory compliance
• Represent the brand:community presence, event support, outreach, and ensuring mascot (Joey) appearances are on-brand and guest-ready

• Bachelor's preferred
  or
  4+ years in high-volume hospitality/family entertainment
• 5+ years management experience
• Strong people leadership, operational judgment, and financial confidence (labor + P&L)
• Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, Google Suite (Quick Books a plus)
• Serv Safe preferred
  (willing to obtain);
  Safe Serv required
  (or within 90 days)
• 21+; able to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Nights/weekends/holidays as business needs require
