This is a full‑time, on‑site Executive Director role located in Norwood, MA. The Executive Director will provide overall leadership and management of the senior living community, ensuring exceptional services and a high standard of living for residents. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, developing community engagement strategies, leading and mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Executive Director will work closely with residents, staff, families, and external partners to foster an engaging, supportive, and high‑quality senior living environment.
Qualifications- Leadership and Team Management:
Expertise in leading and managing cross‑functional teams, mentoring staff, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative workplace culture. - Operations and Financial Management:
Proficiency in overseeing budgets, controlling expenses, and ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of service. - Resident and Family Engagement:
Strong relationship‑building skills to interact effectively with residents, their families, and community members. - Regulatory Compliance and Senior Care Expertise:
Knowledge of senior living standards, state regulations, and person‑centered care. - Proven problem‑solving, strategic planning, and decision‑making abilities.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced education or certifications in senior living management or healthcare administration are an advantage.
- Prior experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality management is highly beneficial.
