Metropolitan Cabinets & Countertops is seeking a data-driven, highly analytical Sales Manager to lead our kitchen design team. As the Northeast’s leading cabinetry manufacturer with over 40 years of excellence, we pride ourselves on in-house manufacturing, five state-of-the-art facilities, and a collaborative team environment.

• Data & Analytics:
  Track and analyze key performance metrics
• Pipeline Management:
  Maintain and audit the sales pipeline to accurately forecast revenue
• Performance
  
  Coaching:
  
  Lead 1-on-1s and provide actionable feedback based on metrics to upskill sales representatives

• 5+ years of sales management experience leading teams against measurable revenue and volume targets
• Ability to lead people with different personalities, work styles, and motivations
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a data-driven approach to accountability
• CRM knowledge preferably Acumatica

• Schedule:
  
  Enjoy a Monday–Friday work week—we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays
