Technician IV, Command Center

* Serving as the central communications hub for off-hours events and alerts, ensuring continuous coordination across functions.
* Maintaining thorough and accurate shift logs, handover reports, and system event documentation.
* Performing preventive maintenance tasks using CMMS tools like Maximo and contributing to environmental integrity through routine building rounds.
* Logging chemical and gas usage, maintaining pH neutralization data, and supporting procurement coordination.
* Assisting junior team members by reinforcing SOPs, answering technical questions, and modeling best practices.
* Participating in SOP development and suggesting continuous improvement actions based on shift learnings and system trends.

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting facilities, utilities, or building systems in a regulated environment (e.g., biotech, pharma, healthcare, data center).
* Hands-on experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and alarm response protocols.
* Working knowledge of CMMS systems such as Maximo.
* Ability to read and interpret technical documentation such as SOPs, equipment manuals, and schematics.
* Strong communication and coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
* Physical ability to conduct rounds, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle gas cylinders or similar equipment.
* This position is site-based, requiring you to be at Moderna’s site full-time. This position is not eligible for remote work.
