💰 Pay Range: $32/hr. – $36/hr. based on experience and qualifications.
Are you a detail-driven leader who thrives on accuracy, teamwork, and continuous improvement? We’re looking for a hands-on Inventory Control Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift team (5:00pm - 5:00am) and keep production, warehousing, and ERP systems perfectly in sync. This role is critical to ensuring cost accuracy, production efficiency, and smooth data flow across the plant.
As our Inventory Control Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of batch order consumption and output accuracy, train and mentor team members on ERP processes, and collaborate across departments to solve real-time production challenges. You’ll be the go-to problem solver for system discrepancies, formula updates, and variance tracking—keeping operations running lean and precise.
What You’ll Do- Verify batch order data, ensuring all materials are accurately consumed, assigned, and reported on time
- Partner with Production, R&D, and Warehouse teams to resolve ERP or inventory discrepancies quickly
- Lead and develop Inventory Control Clerks to maintain process discipline and compliance
- Analyze variances, track metrics, and recommend improvements for cost accuracy and efficiency
- Update and maintain SOPs, training materials, and ERP configurations to reflect current processes
- Troubleshoot ERP issues related to production control, inventory management, and BOMs
- Drive a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 4–8 years of experience in manufacturing, inventory control, or ERP supervision
- Proven leadership experience—able to train, coach, and motivate others
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Portuguese fluency a plus
