PIT Material Handlers - 3rd shift

Job Overview

Material Handler at a leading pharmaceutical company in Norwood.

• Safely transport product, equipment and materials from the warehouse to designated areas in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and EHS requirements in support of the manufacture of mRNA medicines.
• Assist manufacturing, QA and logistics colleagues in other activities as required.
• Strict adherence to current good manufacturing practices, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
• Establish and follow written procedures for clear and accurate documentation of equipment operation and process instructions, and of process data.
• Practice safe work habits and adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.
• Complete documentation of activities in accordance with established procedures.
• Immediately notify production management of deviations to established processes or procedures.
• Adhere to gowning procedures and maintain a clean operating area.
• Adhere to documented waste handling procedures to respect environmental regulations.
• Safeguard against injury to self and all adjacent work colleagues.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of Powered Industrial Truck/Forklift experience.
• Strong documentation practices.
• Ability to collaborate fluidly with peers, supervisors, and cross-functional support groups.
• Good organizational skills.

• Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• At least 1-year regulated manufacturing experience.
• Maintain Gown Certification.
• GMP experience preferred.
• Desire to contribute to a high-growth, transformational company.

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour plus a shift differential. Shift: Third (6 PM – 6 AM). Assignment: 6 months with potential to extend.
