Set up and operate coating equipment per established procedures; monitor in-process parameters to ensure finished products meet specifications;
Read and follow job cards, drawings, and work instructions; complete in-process paperwork as required;
Identify process issues and communicate with appropriate parties;
Participate in process analysis and root cause investigations with management and engineering;
Inspect coated products for uniformity, quality, and defects; adjust processes as necessary
