Dermatology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Boston Medical Center - South

3 Washington Street, North Easton, MA

Boston Medical Center - South, a member of the Boston Medical Center Health System, is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient dermatology program in North Easton, MA
. This position is based in a brand-new, newly renovated dermatology office
, designed to support high‑quality patient care, efficient workflows, and an exceptional patient and provider experience.

This role is ideal for a dermatology APP who is comfortable practicing independently within a collaborative care model and is excited to help grow services in a modern, community‑based setting.

Position Highlights
  • New outpatient dermatology office/space at 3 Washington Street, North Easton
  • Modern exam rooms and updated dermatologic equipment
  • Established referral network and strong primary care integration
  • Independent clinic role with physician collaboration and support
  • Full‑time preferred; part‑time may be considered
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient dermatologic care to adult patients
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic skin conditions
  • Perform dermatologic procedures within scope and demonstrated experience, including but not limited to:
    • Skin biopsies and excisions
    • Cryotherapy and electrodessication
    • Intralesional and cosmetic injections (if applicable)
  • Develop and manage treatment plans and follow patients longitudinally
  • Educate patients on skin health, disease prevention, and treatment options
  • Document clinical encounters accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
  • Collaborate with dermatologists, primary care providers, and clinical staff
Required Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Current or eligible Massachusetts licensure
  • National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA as applicable)
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct outpatient dermatology experience required
  • Demonstrated competency in medical dermatology and common dermatologic procedures
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
