Nurse Practitioner – Wound Care

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner with wound care experience to join our growing medical group serving assisted living and skilled nursing facilities throughout Massachusetts.

• Norwood, MA
• Brockton, MA (~30 minutes)
• Arlington, MA (~30 minutes)

• Part‑time, 2 mornings per week (Tuesday & Wednesday).
• Potential to expand to full‑time as patient volume increases.

• Provide hands‑on wound care in assisted living and skilled nursing settings.
• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver and monitor wound‑care therapies, adjusting as needed.
• Collaborate with facility staff, patients, and families on care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts NP license.
• Wound‑care certification or strong experience (training available).
• At least 1 year of clinical experience post‑graduation.
• Strong communication and clinical decision‑making skills.
• Comfortable working independently across multiple sites.

• $60–$75 per hour (based on experience).
