Additionally, we provide Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services through our Oasis Psychiatric Day Program, creating supportive environments for those needing comprehensive mental health care.

Role Description

This is a part‑time OR full‑time, on‑site OR virtual position in Norwood, MA, for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. The responsibilities include performing psychiatric evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and monitoring patient progress. The practitioner will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based mental health care to clients. Facilitating patient education and providing compassionate care are key aspects of this role.

$140,000-$180,000 based on experience and efficiency

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Mental Health Nursing, Nursing, and Psychiatric Care
  • Qualified as a licensed Nurse Practitioner with specialization in mental health care
  • Strong knowledge and skills in providing Mental Health Care and Psychiatric Care services
  • Experience working in collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical teams
  • Exceptional communication skills and patient-centered care approach
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric-Mental Health
  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license and prescriptive authority in Massachusetts
  • Experience with innovative behavioral health treatments, such as TMS, is preferred
