  Norwood, MA (100% On-site)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, First Shift
• Job Type: Temporary Contract (6 Months)
• Pay Rate:
  Up to $33.00/hour (Based on experience)
• Must-Have Requirement:
  Minimum of 2 years of recent, industry-proven GMP laboratory experience (Pharma or Biotech preferred). School labs or non-GMP environments cannot be considered for this specific role.

In this role, you will be the backbone of the GMP QC Bioassay Labs, ensuring everything is organized, compliant, and ready for action. Your day-to-day will include:

• Inventory & Ordering:
  Performing routine inventory checks and placing orders or reservations for laboratory supplies in SAP.
• Lab Support:
  Handling equipment maintenance, laboratory cleaning, housekeeping, and sample disposal.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Assisting QC Associates with testing preparation and setup to ensure seamless workflows.
• Compliance & Documentation:
  Following GxP regulations, executing tasks precisely via SOPs, and practicing Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to maintain top-tier data integrity.
• Archiving:
  Compiling essential documents for document control archiving.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years of lab support experience strictly within a GMP-regulated laboratory environment, with documented experience working independently within regulated processes.

• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
• Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively under established guidelines in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment.
• Communication:
  Warm, clear, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Skillset:
  Prior inventory management experience and a sharp eye for detail.
