BDC REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle inbound calls, internet leads, and customer inquiries.
  • Schedule sales and service appointments.
  • Follow up with customers via phone, email, and text.
  • Manage leads and communication within CRM systems.
  • Confirm appointments and maintain consistent follow‑up.
  • Support dealership sales teams and increase showroom traffic.
  • Meet daily and monthly appointment and performance goals.
BDC REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in automotive BDC, call center, customer service, or sales preferred.
  • Strong communication and phone skills.
  • Ability to manage high call volume and internet leads.
  • Basic computer and CRM skills.
  • Customer‑focused and goal‑driven mindset.
BDC REPRESENTATIVE SKILLS

Skills include customer service, communication, phone handling, inbound and outbound calls, appointment setting, lead management, CRM systems, customer follow‑up, and sales support. Experience working as a BDC representative, internet sales coordinator, customer service representative, call center agent, or appointment setter in a dealership or automotive environment is highly valued. Strong ability to manage internet leads, handle objections, schedule appointments, and maintain consistent communication with customers.
