Automotive Sales Consultant / Auto Sales Representative

Nucar Toyota of Norwood is looking to hire a full‑time Automotive Sales Consultant / Auto Sales Representative. If you enjoy the challenge of closing a deal and want to work for a well‑established automobile dealership, read on.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT / AUTO SALES REPRESENTATIVE

You sell and lease new and used vehicles. You greet customers, explain features, financing alternatives, listen, ask questions and find solutions. You prepare paperwork, submit it properly, get vehicles ready for delivery, follow up with prospects and keep up industry knowledge. You treat customers well, meet sales targets and enjoy healthy competition among team members.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT / AUTO SALES REPRESENTATIVE
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and remember federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales
  • Ability to understand equity and values, and explain depreciation to customers
  • Sales ability
