Home Market Foods is looking for a Sr. Manager, Sales Planning to oversee sales planning, trade promotion analysis, and forecasting. The role will initially be at our Needham, MA office and transition to Norwood, MA in Summer 2026, following a hybrid schedule.
The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in the food manufacturing or CPG sectors and must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities. Key responsibilities include leading sales planning and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize promoting efforts and forecast accuracy.
The position offers a competitive pay range of $150,000 - $180,000 annually, along with exceptional benefits including medical coverage, wellness plans, and a 401k company match.
