Sales Consultant

Car Max is hiring a full-time Sales Consultant to deliver a transparent, no-haggle car-buying experience. In this role, you'll greet customers, assess needs, present vehicle options, and guide them through test drives, financing, and purchase steps with integrity. You'll use Car Max's digital tools to research inventory, create quotes, and complete documentation accurately. You'll collaborate closely with teammates, uphold ethical sales standards, and ensure a customer-focused, pressure-free environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in the showroom and on the lot
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
• Lead customers through test drives and feature demonstrations
• Explain pricing, financing, and protection options clearly and honestly
• Use digital tools to research inventory and prepare purchase documents
• Coordinate with finance and service teams to complete sales
• Maintain product knowledge of inventory and promotions
