** Customer Site Supervisor
** to join the
** Unity Lab Services (ULS)
** team. This customer-facing leadership role is responsible for overseeing laboratory asset management operations, coordinating service activities, supervising site personnel, and ensuring laboratory equipment and inventory are managed efficiently.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in laboratory operations, customer service, asset management, and team leadership within life sciences, healthcare, biomedical, or related scientific environments.

* Work Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm*
* ** Pay Rate:** $ 40.00/hr.
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Supervise day-to-day laboratory asset management operations at a customer site.
+ Manage laboratory equipment inventories, service requests, work orders, and maintenance records.
+ Ensure compliance with contract requirements, laboratory regulations, and safety standards.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, field service engineers, and internal teams.
+ Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
+ Review service reports and invoices for technical accuracy and financial compliance.
+ Maintain accurate records within the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
+ Escort field service engineers within laboratory environments and coordinate service activities.
+ Monitor service quality, vendor performance, and customer satisfaction.
+ Support quarterly business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Assist with contract renewals and Statement of Work (SOW) activities.
+ Lead problem resolution efforts and support operational improvements.
+ Ensure inventory accuracy and proper documentation of laboratory assets.

** Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, Engineering, Agriculture, Healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 3-5 years of experience in laboratory operations, life sciences, healthcare, biomedical, agriculture, or a related scientific field.
+ Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or people management experience.
+ Experience managing laboratory assets, equipment, or service operations.
+ Customer-facing experience with excellent relationship management skills.
+ Working knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
+ Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or similar asset management software.
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
