Security Site Supervisor - Norwood, MA

Site Supervisor - $23.00/hr

Location: Norwood, MA

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 4:00PM - 12:00AM

• Team Leadership:
  Supervise security officers, ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with post orders and company policies.
• Training & Development:
  Train new and existing staff, review post procedures, and ensure team readiness.
• Scheduling & Coverage:
  Coordinate shift coverage and ensure all posts are staffed appropriately.
• Client Relations:
  Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.
• Incident Management:
  Respond to emergencies, conduct investigations, and file detailed reports.
• Patrolling & Inspections:
  Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to ensure safety and compliance.

• Minimum 2 years of security or supervisory experience required. Candidates that do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in intermediate computer use and report writing.
• Reliable transportation and communication required.
