Security Guard

Four Points by Sheraton is seeking a professional Security Guard to protect guests, staff, and property in a friendly, service-focused environment. Responsibilities include patrolling hotel premises, monitoring CCTV and access points, responding to alarms and emergencies, and documenting incidents accurately. You'll assist with crowd control, enforce safety and security policies, and provide courteous support to guests and team members. This role requires vigilance, sound judgment, and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Patrol interior and exterior hotel areas to ensure safety and security of guests, staff, and property
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems and respond promptly to irregularities
• Respond to emergencies, disturbances, and guest concerns, following hotel and safety protocols
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and activity reports
• Support front desk and operations teams with security-related guest needs
• Enforce security, safety, and loss-prevention policies in a guest-friendly manner
• Assist with crowd control and access management during events or high-occupancy periods
• Liaise with local law enforcement or emergency services when required
