Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee stone counter top installations at residential and commercial job sites
• Ensure installations are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Read and interpret drawings and job specifications
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Train and mentor installation team members
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles

Qualifications:

• Previous stone counter top installation experience required
• Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
