Roofing Foreman​/Field Supervisor

Position: Roofing Foreman / Field Supervisor
Perform roofing and related job-site work and repairs while remaining hands-on in the field Supervise staff and subcontractors and coordinate daily job-site workflow Delegate work based on job priorities and help ensure projects stay on schedule Monitor job progress and communicate regularly with the Production Manager Resolve job-site issues and identify practical solutions to keep work moving Maintain a safe, productive, and organized work environment Train and support field staff on proper equipment operation and safety procedures Maintain work orders, job notes, reports, and other required documentation Organize, stock, and monitor shop inventory, tools, equipment, and premises Ensure work is performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, subcontractors, and the Production Manager Conduct final job-site walk-throughs and help ensure completed work meets client standards
