In-Home Therapist (IHT)

The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength‑based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or a related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting (highly desirable)
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral‑emotional disorders (preferred)
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum (desirable)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high‑speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high‑speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

• Option of a traditional 5 day or a 4 Day work week! Work four 10‑hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday
• Summer Fun Fridays! Early Friday closures at 12:30pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day

• Full‑time salary: $64,000 – $72,000; incentive rate $60 per hour over productivity
• Fee for Service rate: $50 – $70 per hour
