Assistant Program Manager (Full‑time)

Responsibilities- Assist with hands‑on direct care (e.g., showering, toileting, shaving, brushing teeth, meal‑time assistance)
- Ensure the health and safety of the individual, including personal care
- Provide education, training, counseling and physical assistance to achieve ISP goals in functional academics, domestic skills, health and personal hygiene, social and leisure skills, communication skills, community mobility, self‑esteem and money management
- Communicate with family, friends, guardians, advocates, volunteers and employers to facilitate programming consistency and support
- Develop, write and present annual ISPs and semi‑annual agreements in consultation with residential staff, program manager and director
- Perform case‑management duties
- Provide transportation to individuals as necessary
- Schedule and supervise staff
- Experience working with individuals with /DD
- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university (related experience preferred)
- Pass a fingerprint background check, CORI, DPPC and driving background checks
- Valid driver’s license required
- Valid MAP certification preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 403(b) matching up to 3%
