Sr. Software Engineer – Embedded Systems (Orion‑400)

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the Embedded project Orion-400 system requirements, prepare the software requirements & software design for RTOS Core software which controls Lithography Microcontroller system, Control machines & Robots, Reticle Handler, and firmware software for automatic parametric test.
  • Develop real‑time, multi‑threaded embedded software using C/C++ on Linux platform and VxWorks RTOS for Lithography Microcontroller system.
  • Create Perl / Python scripts to calibrate and analyze the performance of new products.
  • Develop drivers to interact with hardware.
  • Implement solutions for software and firmware of automatic parametric test (APT) systems to solve issues defined by internal engineers or external customers.
  • Maintain, defect fixing and develop enhancement features for Reticle Handler component of the Lithography Microcontroller system.
  • Implement new versions of patches for firmware and software applications.
  • Provide technical and knowledge support to application engineers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.

Sr. Software Engineer – Data Stage / .NET ETL

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test and implement complex jobs and sequences using IBM Info Sphere Data Stage ETL tool within a data warehouse environment.
  • Perform extensive server‑side and client‑side programming using popular .NET languages and frameworks to develop business and data layers.
  • Design and develop Web services using SOAP and REST API.
  • Design, develop and document OBIEE repository/metadata.
  • Design advanced reports and dashboards for reporting in OBIEE and BI Publisher.
  • Develop, modify, test and deploy reports using SSRS.
  • Back‑end schema design and programming for data persistence in the database.

  • Design of digital data acquisition system.
  • VHDL embedded code for FPGA logic.
  • Analog design: low noise analog interface for sensor application; photonics sensors; power amplifier design; capacitance gauge, LVDT interface design; A/D and/or D/A.
  • Testing, validation and verification (V&V) of requirements.
  • High voltage (>1 KV) designs.
  • Development of test equipment and test procedures to test and qualify analog and digital circuit boards or electronics racks.
  • Implementation of data acquisition hardware/software.
  • Provide expertise to deliver electronic and electrical designs from concept to detail design, prototypes through volume manufacture, initial integration through qualification.
  • Collaborate with multi‑discipline project team on the electrical infrastructure, perform engineering analysis, generate detail electronic designs, create engineering drawings/documents and partner with suppliers.
  • Work with a team of specialists responsible for developing, testing, and supporting electronic boards or sub‑systems.

Sr. FPGA Firmware Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Independently decide approach to solutions and get alignment from System Engineers and board developers.
  • Determine system architecture, system verification and detailed design approach.
  • Define module interfaces and all aspects of device design and simulation coordinated with PC Board Designers.
  • Support the generation of technical engineering products with appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools.
  • Evaluate process flow including high level design, synthesis, place & route, timing constraints and power utilization.
