M.S. Walker has built its foundation and future on our people. We are looking for a part‑time Warehouse Associate at our distribution warehouse in Norwood, MA.

Starting pay is $19 per hour with guaranteed annual raises. Union employees will receive additional raises under the union contract.

$1,200 sign‑on bonus upon completion of the employee verification program.

Evening Shift: Monday‑Thursday 4‑hour shifts 8:30 pm‑12:30 am or 10:00 pm‑2:00 am.

Or Monday & Tuesday 10‑hour shifts 8:30 pm‑6:30 am.

• Pick cases to pallet or conveyor and/or from warehouse shelves by hand or with a forklift.
• Unload trucks and move product throughout the warehouse using a forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Load trucks with picked product efficiently to be sent out for delivery.
• Take and understand verbal direction from management while performing tasks.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to OSHA compliant standards and Federal/State regulations.
• Comply with M.S. Walker, Inc. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards.

• Minimum age 18 with ability to follow all job requirements and safety guidelines.
• Experience safely operating warehouse equipment (Forklifts, Order Pickers, and Pallet Jacks) preferred; training available for the right candidates.
• Ability to recognize and distinguish product both visually and in writing.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  long periods of walking, standing, bending, and heavy lifting.
• Ability to lift single cases weighing up to 45 lbs. repeatedly and for long durations.
• Guaranteed annual contractual raises of $1.00 per hour through February 2027.
