, we're looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our 1st Shift Warehouse Team in Norwood.

• Starting pay of $18.00 per hour
• $1,200 Sign-On Bonus
  • $300 after 30 days
  • $400 after 60 days
  • $500 upon joining the union
• Up to $1,000 performance bonus every six months
• Additional $500 bonus for top performers
• Overtime opportunities available during peak seasons
• Potential 1.5x payout for unused sick time

• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:10 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours every week

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in helping one of New England's leading beverage distributors serve customers accurately and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking products and preparing customer orders
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Building pallets and staging shipments
• Operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers (training provided)
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and productive warehouse
• Working as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly

We're less concerned about warehouse experience and more interested in great people with a strong work ethic.

You should:

• Be able to lift 40–50 lbs. regularly
• Enjoy active, physical work
• Be dependable and ready to contribute every day
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous warehouse, forklift, or distribution experience is helpful, but not required. We'll provide training for motivated candidates.
