Business Office Manager (BOM)

What You’ll Do (Your Mission)

• Oversee billing and accounts receivable for Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and private pay residents.
• Keep the business office organized, accurate, and always survey-ready.
• Lead and support business office staff with coaching, training, and teamwork.
• Partner with the Administrator and department heads to keep operations running smoothly.
• Help residents and families understand financial matters with clarity and compassion.
• Monitor aging reports and collections to keep revenue healthy and stress low.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in long-term care billing or business office management is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and managed care billing processes.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills—you can juggle tasks without dropping the ball.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
