Customer Service Rep, Call Center / Support, Bilingual
We are seeking experienced Call Center Representatives for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our client in the Norwood area. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (50–70+ daily)
- Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues in a professional manner
- Document all interactions accurately in the system
- Process transactions and navigate multiple systems efficiently
- Escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Must have prior high-volume call center experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and data entry
- Reliable and professional with strong attendance
