What You’ll Do- Operate plant equipment including filters, dryers, pulverizers, pumps, reactors, and blenders to manufacture high‑quality chemical products.
- Follow precise batch processing procedures to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Measure and stage raw materials using scales and specialized instruments.
- Monitor instruments and indicators to maintain optimal process conditions.
- Make real‑time adjustments to equipment for peak efficiency.
- Perform in‑plant testing to verify product quality.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Safely add chemicals to reactors in controlled quantities.
- Operate forklifts and adhere to all written and verbal instructions.
- Commit to safety, environmental responsibility, and security compliance, including adherence to the Responsible Care® Management System.

What We’re Looking For- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Reliable work history with excellent attendance.
Physical Requirements
Work in a dynamic manufacturing environment
, where temperatures fluctuate with the seasons - summers can exceed 100°F, and winters can be near freezing.
Uniforms, safety glasses, gloves, shoes, and other protective gear provided.
Ability to lift, bend, reach, and twist for extended periods.
Regularly lift 15-55 lbs.; occasionally lift 100+ lbs.
Roll drums weighing 100-350 lbs., some exceeding 400 lbs.
Pass vision and color/sight tests to ensure precision.
