The Tri Health PACE of Cincinnati in Norwood, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the PACE Center team. The RN conducts initial nursing assessments, reassessments, and implements the plan of care within the PACE IDT, coordinating care with physicians and staff in the clinic and participants’ homes.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, an Ohio RN license in good standing, and BLS certification.
