United Dairy Farmers - 3941 Montgomery Road - Responsibilities:
Supervise and coach store associates, including Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates, to deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience;
Handle store administration tasks such as ordering, reviewing delivery reports, and paperwork as directed;
Provide outstanding guest service, greet guests warmly, and maintain store readiness;
Operate Dip Side items preparation and ice cream/yogurt serving processes;
Manage the cash register and gas console, including transactions, coins, and coupons while ensuring accuracy;
Maintain stocking and presentation of merchandise, shelves, and equipment, and ensure proper stock rotation;
Monitor store security and implement cash-control procedures;
Oversee store maintenance and conditions, including equipment temperatures and cleanliness;
Complete time records and customer-focused reporting accurately;
Perform additional duties as assigned by Management
