Nursery Deputy Manager – Partou Radcliffe Road Day Nursery & Pre-school

Nottingham, East Midlands | Full-Time | Permanent

£29,250 + £1,000 Welcome Bonus (paid across your first year, T&Cs apply)

About the Role

Partou Radcliffe Road Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40‑hour per week role of Nursery Deputy Manager. You will support the Nursery Manager and Senior Nursery Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting, work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS, lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.

About You
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Strong EYFS knowledge
  • Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting
  • Passion for early years education
  • Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development
  • Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development
