Salary up to £36,000 + £5,000 Welcome Bonus

Partou Childcare are seeking dedicated and passionate Nursery Managers to join us at our beautiful nurseries in Nottingham (Arnold and Radcliffe Road)

• Implement the EYFS and oversee planning and record keeping
• Create lasting relationships with parents, carers, and families
• Build strong partnerships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and agencies
• Manage a busy and thriving nursery, influencing occupancy and staying compliant
• Identify the training needs of your team members, working with them to develop plans for their future!

• Maths GCSE
• Strong EYFS knowledge
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting
• Passion for early years education
• Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development
