My client are seeking caring, resilient and dedicated Children s Residential Support Workers to join their team in Nottinghamshire. You will play a vital role in supporting children and young people who may have experienced trauma, neglect, or challenging life circumstances, helping them to feel safe, valued and empowered to achieve their potential.
Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day care and emotional support
- Promote a safe, nurturing and structured home environment
- Build positive and trusting relationships
- Experience working with vulnerable young people
- Experience with in childrens settings (SEN/TA/HLTA/Children s Homes etc)
- Level 3 diploma in residential childcare (Preferred but not essential)
This role will require dedication and resilience. The hours of this role include, 24 hour shifts, weekends, bank holidays, sleep in shifts etc.
