• Work as part of a professional team in a 365‑day service, following structured rotas and long shifts (7:30 am–11 pm), including sleep‑in duties

• Annual salary: £34 402 – £35 025 (based on £13.45–£13.75 per hour + 8 sleep‑ins per month, dependent on qualifications)
• Pay rate effective from 1 st April 2026
• Opportunities to increase earnings through overtime and additional shifts

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Aged 21+ with the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
• Previous experience in childcare or the wider care sector

• Work within homes rated Good or better by Ofsted, reflecting our commitment to high‑quality care
