Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver high quality childcare
• Ensure strong EYFS practice and continuous quality improvement
• Maintain full compliance and a safe learning environment
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
• Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and the community
• Support staff development and promote best practice

Busy Bees, the UK's leading nursery group, is looking for an inspiring Nursery Manager to lead our welcoming Nottingham University nursery. If you hold a Level 3 childcare qualification, have strong EYFS knowledge, and bring at least two years of leadership experience in an early years setting, this is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your childcare career.

• Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
