• Oversee the smooth operation of the breakfast service, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.

• Supervise and motivate a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.

• Ensure all food and beverage areas are prepared and maintained to the highest standards.

• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality or catering environment.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Competitive hourly rate of £12.50.
