This position will take full responsibility for
- 2 street food trucks
- Conferencecentreand hospitality.
- The current contract turnover is c £4.8mil
They are looking for a Catering Director who can:
- Offering leadership and motivation to the onsite managers
- Liaise and work with chef team with a contemporary and ever changing events menu
- Ensure the delivery of 5
* service across the board - Support the managers in the logistical planning
The Catering Director will have a strong financial understanding, great flexibility and attention to detail. With strong leadership skills with a track record in coaching and developing senior personnel
