Hospitality Manager - Match

Overview

We're hiring Hospitality Manager's to join the team at Nottingham Forest Football Club. This opportunity is for the 2026/27 Football Season, with work on matchdays and non‑matchdays in a fast‑paced catering facility.

• Ensure allocated Hospitality room is set prior to guests arriving
• Provide in‑depth staff brief prior to service
• Deliver exceptional service to guests and manage staff
• Adhere to Food Safety, Health & Safety procedures
• Complete relevant documentation as required
• Report staff potential to fixed Hospitality management team to support progression
• Assist guests with queries and resolve issues
• Lead and motivate a team, driving great guest experience and maintaining high service standards
• Open/close allocated Hospitality area Adhere to Food Allergens and Licensing laws and company policies
• Show flexibility and adaptability to changes, working in different rooms when required
• Ensure staff follow company policies and fulfill their roles

• Experience in hospitality, bar or catering venue
• Team player, confident in managing staff
• Quick learner
• Good attention to detail
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences
• Excellent verbal communication
• Proactive, thrives in fast‑paced environment

• Hospitality Manager – Matchdays – £18.15 per hour
• Flexible working: match days, non‑match days, evening & weekend shifts
• Casual contract
