Senior Housekeeping Manager – Shipboard & Resort Operations

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Housekeeping Manager with a strong operational focus to lead and develop the housekeeping team on board. Ideal candidates will have two to three years of managerial experience in hospitality, preferably on a cruise ship, with extensive knowledge of safety procedures and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities include training staff, assessing talent, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a dynamic work environment. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is preferred.
