** Trent Vale Infant/Nursery, NG9 1LP
**, you will be working
** 8:30am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday**,
** 25 hours per week, 39.2 weeks per year**. You'll play a key role in delivering high quality school meals while leading the day to day operation of the kitchen.
** Your responsibilities will include:
*** Preparing and serving nutritious meals in line with menu specifications.
* Managing the daily operation of the kitchen and ensuring service standards are maintained.
* Supervising and supporting kitchen colleagues.
* Monitoring food safety, hygiene and Health and Safety requirements.
* Managing stock levels, ordering supplies and minimising waste.
* Maintaining accurate records in line with company procedures.
* Ensuring high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
** Who are we looking for?
*** Experience working within a catering environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* A team player who can lead by example.
* The ability to organise workloads and work efficiently under pressure.
