ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport is seeking a Night Receptionist (Guest Service Assistant) for 40 hours per week, with a salary up to £27,500 per annum plus benefits. The role focuses on overnight guest care, check‑in/out support, and delivering high‑quality service throughout the night.
You’ll be the primary contact for guests during the night, handling enquiries, calls, and basic system tasks, while supporting other overnight operations and ensuring a smooth, welcoming stay for all guests.
