Crowne Plaza Nottingham, a 210-room, 4-star city centre hotel, seeks a General Manager to run all operations across rooms, F&B, conferences and spa. You will own the P&L, drive revenue, and lead the senior management team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You will set and maintain brand standards in line with IHG Crowne Plaza requirements and recruit, develop, and perform-manage heads of department while partnering with ownership and Valor Hospitality for performance strategies.
