CH&CO, part of Compass Group UK&I, seeks a Catering Manager in Nottingham to lead all catering and service operations on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). You will ensure kitchen and service counters run smoothly and deliver exceptional food experiences, reporting to line managers and driving KPIs.
