Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Hotel Reservations Agent to oversee the reservations process from enquiry to confirmation, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction across bookings.
You will manage reservation systems (Opera PMS), coordinate with departments, and help optimise room inventory and rates while leading the reservations team to deliver an exceptional guest experience in line with the Aimbridge brand.
