Hours :
Monday Thursday, 8:30 17:00, Friday, 8:30 16:00 Your Duties Will Include:
Effective delivery of the New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) process from kitchen handover to launch in line with customer category plans Lead the Process teams to move product from kitchen to factory, ensuring all aspects of product quality are met and delivers the agreed margin. Lead process team documentation to support product development to an auditable standard Lead the launch of product to agreed standards including supporting running of the trial, launch meetings and efficient handover to Technical and production teams To understand and drive proactive process development initiatives which push production boundaries Support post-launch review through work with Technical teams for ongoing assessment of product quality, solve manufacturing problems, driving continuous improvement, identify cost savings and efficiency to the business Support the organising of customer visits and benchmarking panels Experience, Skills and Knowledge:
Technical Knowledge:
Foundation in food manufacturing, HACCP basics, food safety understanding and keen to grow.

Required Experience:

Early-career or entry-level experience in food manufacturing/FMCG.

Qualifications:

HND/Degree in food-based subject (desirable).

Soft Skills:

Enthusiasm, team player, motivated, adaptable, proactive. Flexibility:
