Shield Waterproofing and Preservation Ltd & is expanding and we’re offering opportunities for experienced Multi-Skilled Technicians to join our growing Property Repairs & Maintenance division.

If you have strong multi-trade skills and proven experience in Housing Association settings, we want to hear from you.

Location: North West & Midlands

Salary: Competitive Salary plus Overtime

Term: Permanent, Full Time

Company Vehicle: Company Van

You’ll carry out planned and reactive works in occupied and void Housing Association properties, including:

• Kitchen rip-outs & installations
• First/second fix plumbing
• Plastering, skimming & patch repairs
• Digital job reporting

Working to HA standards & H&S compliance

• Experience in social housing / Housing Association works
• Strong multi-trade capability
• Ability to work independently & communicate well with tenants
• Full UK driving licence
