Salary: £38,000 - £43,000 per annum

This role involves servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of commercial air conditioning units (VRV, VRF, Split and Multi Splits) across the East Midlands, including prisons, educational buildings and government sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for fault finding, maintenance and commissioning, and may also have experience with commercial refrigeration.

• Service, maintenance and repairs of air conditioning units.
• Fault finding, commissioning and servicing of AC equipment.
• Travel across the East Midlands (Derby, Nottingham, Leicester) and occasional wider Midlands travel.

• 5+ years minimum experience in a similar position.
• Experience with maintenance, service & commissioning on AC equipment.
• Highly advantageous: experience with commercial refrigeration.
• Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent.
• 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas).
• Full driving licence.
• Live within a commutable distance of Derby, Nottingham or Leicester.

• Basic Salary £38,000 to £43,000 depending on experience.
• Working hours 8:00am to 4:30pm, plus overtime available.
• Travel paid after 30 minutes each way.
• Overtime at enhanced rates (up to 1.82x basic rate).
• Company van and fuel card.
• Annual discretionary bonus after 12 months of service.
