Multi Trade Operative (Carpentry Bias)

Think Recruitment are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative based local to Nottingham to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across Social Housing properties across Chesterfield.

Duties will include:

• Carrying out Planned / Reactive Maintenance withing social housing properties across Nottingham
• You will be working in a mixture of Tenanted and Void properties.
• Carpentry works will be the primary job, but you will also need to carry out basic Plumbing, Painting and Tiling.
• You will also be required to carry out Snagging works once New Kitchens / Bathrooms have been installed.

Experience/Skills required:

• Experience in a similar role within domestic properties.
• Experience with in Social Housing / Local Authority properties is desirable.
• Diving licence is essential as you will be required to carry out a mobile role.
• You will be required to have a full DBS carried out if successful, the DBS would need to be clear to be considered.
• Carpentry/ Plumbing Qualifications would be advantageous.
• CSCS card

Hours:

• 40 Hours, Full Time.
