We’re now looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our busy Property Services team, carrying out essential repairs, testing, and maintenance across our Nottinghamshire housing stock. Your new role As a Maintenance Electrician, you’ll be responsible for delivering high‑quality electrical repairs and compliance work in occupied and void properties.

Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:
Carrying out electrical repairs, fault finding, and maintenance Completing EICRs and ensuring all work meets current regulations Installing and replacing electrical fixtures, fittings, and appliances Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Providing excellent customer service to PA Housing residents Working independently across Nottinghamshire with a company van provided What you'll need to succeed NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent 18th Edition qualification AM2 2391 inspection & testing Experience working in domestic or social housing settings Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently Full UK driving licence A positive, customer‑focused approach What you'll get in return Competitive salary Company van  fuel card Pension scheme Training and development opportunities Supportive team environment with a respected housing provider What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
